Meet the Founders:
Layomi Dele-Dare is a marketing expert with over nine years of experience running advertisements and generating leads for home improvement contractors.
After witnessing the growth he achieved for other contractors, he leveraged his skills and marketing systems to start, grow, and scale his own construction company.
His strategies have proven so effective that some of the contractors he began helping in 2014 are still using his advertising and marketing systems to grow their businesses today.
Patrick J. Phillips entered the internet marketing space in 2017. After helping multiple marketing agencies and companies grow, he began receiving requests for coaching and consulting, with Layomi being one of his students.
Recognizing Layomi’s ability to retain clients through effective systems, Patrick decided to shift from coaching to partnering with him. Both had experience working with contractors across various industries—such as roofing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and concrete—and knew that focusing on one niche was key to scaling.
Soon after they joined forces, they added eight new fence installs for a fence company in less than a month. This early success led them to dedicate themselves entirely to generating qualified prospects for fence companies, resulting in consistent new fence installs and the creation of #1 Fence.
